Well no idea why, but doing a factory restore to my NAS seemed to do the trick, a handfull of BD ISO's I ripped played fine. I'm glad I hadn't done my whole library I'd have been really pissed.

When I first set everything up it actually scraped all the cover art for my FLAC music albums and displayed the sub folders I'd created on my NAS...

It does support multi-channel FLAC, not sure...

It does support multi-channel FLAC, not sure about PCM but can't see why it would do one and not the other.

It does convert FLAC to MPCM I think up to eight channels IIRC.

That's just it, I have no intention of using a computer to watch my ripped movies...ever. I might listen to music from time to time on one, or download songs to my iPhone but that's the extent of it....

I just bought the HD300 which is on the way, and a ReadyNAS NV+ that I plan to rip my media to. My plan is to use the HD300 in standalone mode in my HT & possibly add a second for my living room...
