See if Sage is able to talk directly to the Quatro 4K (may need to restart Sage). Since CableCard isn't involved, it shouldn't need either PrimeNetEncoder or SageDCT.

The situation hasn't changed. 64-bit USB-UIRT works fine with 64-bit Sage as long as there isn't some other 32-bit program that's also trying to use the USB-UIRT.
