I think I found it! I uninstalled a few plugins. Can't say which one did it, but I uninstalled Gemstone and Batch Metadata Tools. Now Java heap usage is low.

Try running the file as administrator, make sure your sage tv service is stopped. I've had issues with the install and these 2 steps seem to fix it.
