Logfiles are created automatically. Look in the same directory as the sagetv executable for a file called sagetv_0.txt. Zip it and attach it to a post.

I have Comcast/Xfiniti and almost everything is copy freely. A few premium channels are copy once, but not that many. My HDHomeRun with a cable card in it works great.
