v7 Full Version Purchase?
How does one go about purchasing the full version of v7 if they do not current own v6.6? As far as I can tell the sagetv website seems to indicate that I can purchase the v6.6 product and use that key to license my copy of the v7 beta software. Is that correct? I'm trying to avoid purchasing both the full v6.6 software and the v7 upgrade.

Per the V7 announcement, if you buy a V6 license after December 1, 2009, it will also work as a V7 license.

I'm just wondering if there will be any way or if there are plans to make the V7 upgrade keys eventually work with the version 7 download without having to install version 6 first?

The last re-install I did I had to install V6 first, then upgrade to V7, entering a different key for each.
Takes longer, and I'd prefer to have everything nice and tidy

you shouldn't need to install v6 software before you install the V7 software. You should be able to do a scratch install of the V7 software and then install the older key and then the V7 upgrade key.
