MLB.TV and Unblock-us

All,

I've cut the cable cord, but I'd still like to watch baseball games... my understanding is that I can stream games to MLB.tv and watch via playon, roku, or PC, but I would be subject to blackout of local games.

I've seen folks here (mostly Canadian) talk about unblock-us.com. Sounds like a perfect solution, but I'm a little skeptical.

I've been doing a little reading, and it sounds like the legality is somewhat questionable. I'm not all that concerned about it, but thought I'd ask what you folks know.

More important, I saw a couple places that MLB.tv may have started blocking this somehow... I'm afraid I can't find the links now, but I wonder if anyone here can confirm or bust this myth?

Can't speak to Unblock-us but you can also go the VPN route using something like "privateinternetaccess.com". They have android clients as well as PC clients so you could watch on phone/tablet as well as home PC.
