MsgManager JVM_bind error

Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. WAF doesn't like unexplained problems that "magically" fix themselves. I really don't them either.

Any clue what that might be?
Think it also said something about socket.
For some reason my sagtv_#.log jump from 7 to 11 (8-10 are missing)

Had issue when I recycled all my equipment (sage pc, hd200, switch, directv) and first time the hd200 connected but would not change channels (usb-uirt)

rebooted a couple more times then it would try to connect but hung at the SageTV initialization screen. This is when I was seeing the MsgManager JVM_bind error

Finally tried Stop Service but that didn't seem to work and then tried End Task on the SageTV task (win10 task manager) but it wouldn't die. Finally just hit the PC Power button to power off the PC

Turned everything back on, tried connecting via hd300 in another room, it worked fine and channels changed. Went back to original room with hd200 and it is working fine also.

So not only have I had a very strange issue and error msg, but also missing the log files that should have had that info.
