A Little Help Please...

Alrighty, I have searched on the forum and done multiple things to fix my problem. First off, let me start with what the problem is... Sage will not playback my recorded shows (I get some sort of rendering error that pops up.) Of course, my first thought was change the rendering option to overlay, or default from vmr9, none of these options worked. I have also done a clean install of sage tv, reinstalled my drivers on my hauppauge usb 2 mce edition, and tried different versions of java. I am very confused here as to what the problem could be because loading up the files in windows media player...they play FINE. Sage just will not play them and gives a rendering error. Any help or ideas is appreciated, thanks

Might help if you said exactly what the error is that you're getting. Kind of hard to diagnose with specifics such as the error number and the exact text of the message.

Exact wording is this, "There was a Playback Error in playback. Details: sage.PlaybackException: ERROR (-4,0x800040005) There was a problem rendering the video portion of the content for playback."
