6.5.11 renumbered my FavoriteIDs

Not sure if this counts as a bug or not, but my FavoriteIDs, MediaFileIDs, etc. seem to have changed after installing 6.5.11. This is kind of a bummer because I have add-on code that uses those IDs to index an external database that stores extended Favorite and MediaFile properties (e.g. Favorite owner). My assumption was that those IDs would be stable as long as I upgraded in place and kept the same Wiz.bin. Now it appears they can be renumbered. Is this by design? Is it a one-time thing, or can it happen again with future version upgrades?

The database uses 32 bit ids for the objects so at a point before rollover it will redo all of the ids for the objects so it can start incrementing the counter again.
Should only happen every few years for most cases, and you've been around about that long.
