Sound Problem - AOpen XC CUBE EZ482
(this is not a Sage question but general computer hardware question)
I have an XC Cube workstation and I noticed that the sound cable has to be pushed in all the way (pushed into the sound card at the back of the case) to hear sound. If I then unplug the cable (even a little) and then plug it back in, I get no sound. I have to reset the computer. Also, it's almost as if it's really easy such that if the cable is jerked ever so slightly then it get's pushed out like 1/8 inch which is enough to stop the sound from coming through and I have to reset the computer. Anyone else have this problem or know what to do to fix it? Thanks, Mike
