TVDB v4... Free for SageTV users soon

Thanks to a suggestion from emveepee here I approached TheTVDB and they have agreed to me including TVDB v4 for free in the Phoenix Core Services as long as I add an attribution for them...likely in BMT but I will review what all needs to change.

There are some code changes to remove the need for the PIN and to make the provider tvdb use v4 as the default. I will review soon and see when I can get to these changes but I wanted to share the good news.
