Phoenix Core Services 3.4.3 - new TV providers

This new version of the phoenix core/api now adds 2 TV providers giving you the following options...

• tvdb - existing option that will likely be pulled by TVDB as its being replaced by them in favor of their subscription based v4 - see below. For now it continues to be free and mostly functional (missing access to banners and seems to provide less data/series). TVDB keep pushing out the cancellation date so not sure how long this will be available.
• tvdb4 - new provider that supports TheTVDB.com latest api which is subscription based. To use this you must go to their site and register and pay for a user subscription ($11.99 annual USD) which will provide you with a PIN code. Once you have this then...
  • go to BMT, Configure, Phoenix, Fanart Options
  • change TV Metadata Provider(s) to tvdb4 (then click save)
  • go to BMT, Configure, Phoenix, TheTVDB4 Configuration
  • Enter your PIN in the TVDB4 API PIN field (then click save)
  • Note.. you can also put the pin in the sage.properties file directly with sage NOT running. For example
    • phoenix/metadata/tvdb4/pin=PINCODEFROMTVDB
• tmdb - new provider to offer another free provider. The source data seems mostly current for newer shows and is fan supported if you want to get involved and update data. I did find a number of my test series to be lacking in source data but otherwise this is a good free option once the old tvdb provider goes away. To use this...
  • go to BMT, Configure, Phoenix, Fanart Options
  • change TV Metadata Provider(s) to tmdb (then click save)

Other changes...

• Fix: Old TVDB provider should now work on Java 11
• Fix: if Fanart is disabled (local and central), metadata will still be retrieved unless Automatic Fanart/Metadata is disabled. In this state, no fanart should be downloaded.

Note: you will need the latest version of BMT as well if you use BMT. I also tested the changes with CMT and everything seems to work fine.

This was a large effort so please let me know if anyone runs into any issues and I will work to resolve.

Does it matter which order we install the plugins in? Have had some issues with that in the past.

If you install the BMT update it will force the update of the others.

Does TMDB have banners for TV shows? I just took a quick look and I don't see them. I use banners in my TV view so if they are not there that is an issue.

These subscriptions are starting to add up - we now have to pay for guide data and other metadata. Not a fortune, but it is starting to tick up.
