I made all of the changes. But I can't find wget.exe. It was my understanding that I just needed the web server running... What do I need to do to get wget? Thanks

Here unzip it. Wget is needed to execute HTTP command.

Thanks!! I finally got it working. It took me a while to figure out wget didn't like that my password had an @. So I had to change it. But now it works.
