HD Theater recommended by ArsTechnica

Not sure if this was already mentioned, but HD Theater is in ArsTechnica holiday buying guide.

Dang, I was just going to start a thread about this! Made my day to see a SageTV product listed right there at the top of the page. Way to go!

The SageTV HD Theater should be the HTPC product of the decade at least for the SageTV company & their users it's been a huge success

Don't count it out just yet... The decade still has another year left!

I'd be thrilled if something came out and beat the HD200. Just think how awesome that product would be

I just hope it's called the HD300.

I guess one can try to argue that view, but personally I think the year 2000 was part of this decade, not the 90's. If you agree with that logic, then the decade runs 2000-2009 and 2010-2019. So I would personally agree that there are only a couple of days left in this decade (and most of the media agrees - a recent Time Magazine cover stated "The Decade from Hell - and Why the Next One Will Be Better").

but there was no year ZERO, so that logic makes the first decade only 9 years long... :P

Is the hd200 still a big improvement over the original if it's only used as an extender, or is it the stand-alone mode where it shines? I have yet to run across a side-by-side list of features.

Yep, the media is always right. Just like when they said 2000 was the new millennium.

Decades are from 01 thru 10. Still got a year to go.
