Setup of Automatic Recordings

I need help with setting up automatic recordings. I'd like to be able to create a recording schedule for certain movies that aren't in the program guide schedule yet. How is this done?

You can add a favorite by title. Go into the Manage Favorites menu, and there should be a New by Title option.

yea, there is, but the box for title is a drop down box, not one I can type in the title of the movie.

Oh.. yeah.. if it isn't in the guide, then you need to add a favorite by keyword. After adding the keyword, it will ask you if you want to look for the keyword in the whole description, or title only.

ok, thanks, i've found it and working on it, however, when it comes to FORMAT, does that only apply if I'm doing a conversion on it? and it doesn't show an option for description or title

Not sure what you mean by FORMAT.
