ERROR (-10) No encoders can tune selected station

I have SageTV and OpenDCT running in Dockers on an unraid Server. These have been running flawlessly for months until today. I recorded two shows last night which recorded just fine. However, when I went to watch live TV today from the program guide I am getting the error in the subject line. I restarted the dockers and even rebooted the Unraid box all together but this did not correct the issue.

I went into the Source Setup and attempted to do a channel scan and it does not appear to see my HDHR Prime Tuners so this may be an issue with Opendct? I also tried to do a full channel scan and it failed immediately with no channels changed as it did not seem to find the tuner even though it is in the list.

I did attempt to scan for channels with the HDHR App and that found all the channels and was able to tune them and I was able to watch them on my PC from their app. I did notice I also have an HD quatro for some off air things and that tunes fine. it does not go through OpenDCT?

Any good troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
