Hauppauge PVR 150 Retail $80

CompUSA has the 150 right now for $99 - $20 MIR = $80 today through the 23rd. Not a bad deal... The best price I found online was around $85 before shipping, so its a good price if you have a store around you...

I just picked one up.. just in time too! My CPU and MB came in the mail last week, and my video card is set to come in tomorrow.

They also have 512 DDR PC2700 for $59 - $20 MIR = $39.

happy spending

I picked one up at CompUSA on Sunday too.... I installed it in a spare computer because I came across an OEM copy of MCE2005, and wanted to try out Microsoft's latest.

How do you like it? Like I said, I got the PVR 150 yesterday, along with 512MB DDR PC2700 @ the Comp. Tomorrow I'll be getting my asus radeon 7000 video card and my coolermaster variable speed cpu fan, to go along with my asus a7v400 MB and AMD sempron 2200+. I'm holding out for a supposed black friday deal at o-max... 200GB HD for.. hmm, i believe under $50.

I can't wait to start putting these parts together... Of course, the icing on the cake will be a nice clean install of SageTV to tie it all together...

**Dreaming of PVR...

A few months ago I bought 2 PVR-150 MCE cards from for $63 each, no tax, no shipping, no mail-in-rebates. You might want to check them out. Obviously, the MCE version doesn't come with a remote so that might be a factor...
