Auto Compression - DivX

Does JREKiwi's auto compression utility support divx as an option (provided one has the compressor installed on the machine)? It isn't clear to me if it does.

Are there any "in place" Sage compressors that support the use of divX?

The built-in Sage Converter does support MPEG-4 which creates an .avi file. I am not sure if it is Divx or Xvid but it probably will work for your purposes. Try using it to do a conversion and see if the resulting file is what you want. In order to do the conversion (in the regular UI, not SageMC) go into TV Recordings, Select the file that you want and then select Advanced Option. You will then see a button on the right hand side that says Convert. For Format choose MPEG-4 for Quality choose High Quality Deinterlaced and I would suggest keeping the Original recording for now.

On SageMC select the recording then click on Send To..., Compress and then choose MPEG4- Good Quality Deinterlaced.

The auto compression utility essentially uses these same settings.
