HDHR+PVR150+HDTVFusion do not get along!

I have been trying for what seems like days to get the following setup working:

Old setup - PVR150 to Cable STB + DIVCO HDTVFusion USB (OTA)

New Setup - Same as Old but add HDHR to get cable QAM channels (coax directly from wall)

Problem #1 - The OTA channels are essentially the same as the cable QAM channels and I can not seem to find a way to use them simultaneously. I followed Opus4's guide to the letter at least 15 times as well as the HDHR instructions from Silicondust. I have tried each of the tuner configuration settings at least 2-3 times. I did find that if I delete the DIVCO I can get the PVR150 and the HDHR working together properly with a good guide. But that does not get me where I want to be; and that is able to record two of the public channels simultaneously in HD.

Problem #2 - If I leave the DIVCO deleted and use the other input on the HDHR for OTA I can not consistently get a signal for each available channel. I am using the same antenna and coax in the same position that it was in when I get 100% signal for all available channels hooked up to the DIVCO. I have switched back and forth numerous times and each time the DIVCO works and the HDHR usually does not.

Thanks
