HD PVR 2 Capture duplication problem...

I've browsed the internet and could not find any others with a similar issue. I'm hoping someone here would know the solution to this problem. I've uploaded a video, so you can see exactly what's going on.

That not a problem that common when the display loop in on it self, I forget the right name on what it called.
Just Rec it will come out right.
