Turning on my receiver crashes Sagetv.exe

It has been many years since I have changed anything on my sagetv setup. It has been running flawlessly for the most part. For performance reasons, I decided to upgrade my CPU from an Athlon 4000+ to an Athlon X2 4400+ dual core. Since the upgrade, when I turn on my receiver sageTV.exe crashes.

When I say crashes, it really just disappears. The process is still running in the task manager, but I have to end task and restart sagetv to get it back. After it is open, everything works fine until the next day when I turn the receiver back on. Oh and I know it is the receiver because if I power on the TV first, I see sageTV running on passthrough. When I hit the receiver power the TV goes black for a sec and comes back to the windows desktop.

Now I don't know if this is related to the CPU upgrade or not, but it never ever did this before the upgrade. It seems like some sort of HDMI issue, but I didn't change anything except unhooking everything from the HTPC to install the CPU. I'm pretty sure everything got reconnected the same as it was before.

Any ideas?

Since you aren't certain about the connections, I think the best course would be to take pictures and/or label everything as you currently have it connected, then shut down, reinstall the old CPU, hook everything back up as per the photos and see if the problem is still there.
