I saw it just after posting that message..

So far, no lock-ups while changing channels with 3.05.

Had another issue, but I'll post about it there.

I just got on the Beta bandwagon and discovered the same issue with 3.0.7. How does one install 3.0.7 on a headless server where all the clients are MVP boxes (ie. no playback on the server ever). With 2.2.8 I was able to to configure SageTV through remote desktop but that doesn't seem to be possible anymore.

Search your properties file for warn_on_non_32bit_color_depth and set it to false.

Thanks Panzer. I tried your suggestion and the dialog does not appear anymore but I am left with a blank (black) SageTV window now. No UI appears.

Ah, will also need to disable 3D acceleration. search for ui/accelerated_rendering
and also set it to false.
