Yes I'm accessing over the netlwork. It also only appeared for me when I allowed scanning during recording also.

I'm seeing SA stuck while scanning a file that is currently recording.. If I run SA on that same file after it has concluded, it works fine. SA shows "Scanning" and the timer showing how long it has been scanning, but everything else is remaining at zero... no .txt file has been created yet and the show is 15 minutes into it's 30 minute runtime currently.. SageTV server shows it as 'recording' and I have everything set to allow scanning while shows are being read or written to...

Anybody else seeing this?

For those having problems with freezing. I put a test version up at http://www.dragonglobal.org/download/SATest.zip

Replace the files in the ShowAnalyzer directory with these and see if you can reproduce the freezing.

If you try this, the schoolhouse will not work with this test version.

The SATest files seems to have fixed the problem for me, as I now see scanning ongoing on a show I'm currently recording..

Of course I'll keep watching it over the next few hours and see if it continues to work repeatedly.

This is a necessary upgrade if you are currently using 0.5.9.

I'm having a problem with 0.5.10 where SA's status window shows the analysis as being 'paused' after 15 seconds. It doesn't seem to matter which video file it is, or whether it is kicked off by DirMon or manually. I just hangs and never finishes.

The only time it should show "paused" is because it is configured to halt processing when a show is being recorded or played. Do you have either option selected on the SageTV page in SAConfig?

You got me. I did have those 2 selected, and once I unchecked them it started processing.

Jere, are you sure that my problem (that I reported over on mlbdude's STV thread), was really SA's problem? I upgraded to .10, but am still not getting live commercial detection while watching timeshifted TV.

I think it's a problem with the STV not reloading the .txt file. However, this is interesting, because one other person that tested it, said it was working. (I quoted them in my last post over there (well, next to last).

I'm not certain, but I know 0.5.9 had a problem with live detection. Another possibility is that the "Pause while recording" or "Pause while playing" options are activated. Have you doubled checked those settings?

If it's not that, I don't know what else it could be since I don't use the SageMC STV.

These are my DirMon settings:

- Start DirMon minimized and processing
- Process file even if it is being written to
- Process even if drive is being written to

- Process subdirectories

- Check every 5 minutes

These are my SA settings:

- Invisible mode
- Status window stays on top
- Close when finished

- Limit use of resources
- 30 Max CPU usage
- 1 How much to slow down

- Output ComSkip (.txt)
- Output commercials as they are found
- Use absolute file path

I don't see any pause settings...

Nothing checked for webserver. Box is blank, and all options are grayed out.
