Tried your step by step again, but I still get the same result. Comskip_ts does its thing and finds the videoPID, starts comskip with it and a few seconds later comskip ends with a 0 frames decoded in 0.00 secs statement.
I've also tried comskip version 0.41, 0.66 and 0.77. None worked. Someone mentioned version 0.21, but I don't have that one. Where can I get it? The files are recorded thru firewire from my comcast box. They have mpg extension, but they are ts files. Is anyone else getting this to work? Any advice? Thanks
