Your configuration is correct, just few little clarifications.
StreamLow, StreamMedium e StreamHigh are not more valid quality for trailers. You can use the <TrailerDownload>False</TrailerDownload> instead of it. Maximum number if day for North America and UK is 4 (include today). South Africa and New Zealand are now supported. Bye, Nephilim |

Hey Nep,
Thanks for the update. Would it be possible to change MTSA so it doesn't hang endlessly when it encounters a problem? Then again maybe it's better to have it hang, otherwise I would've never known there was a problem...

Nephilim,
MTSA (version you just posted on 6/15/2009) crashed this morning. I haven't had MTSA crash in months. I wasn't able to pull up the log file before I needed to head to work. I'll try rebooting the PC tonight and run MTSA manually and report back if it happens again. Hopefully it was just a problem with my PC that one time. |

Nephilim, mine crashed at the exact same point again today after a reboot. I'm attaching the log file, in case that may help. If I can do anything else to assist, just ask.

Did you set up the same theaters? Just trying to ensure you have it exactly like I do.
I'll check out the new version tonight. Thanks.

I watched the latest version run this time (from scheduled tasks) and noticed something when it crashed, so I ran it again from the command line manually and this is what appeared when it crashed:
Code:

Really strange, no errors for me...
I'll take a look. Bye, Nephilim P.S. Please, always post your mtsa.log. |

Here's the most recent log file, but it's nearly the same as the previous one I posted. Unless you actually meant a "mtsa.log" file, which I don't seem to have.

It started working as of yesterday, so I guess it was a temporary glitch with either my system or the websites.

hanging up
I've been having a lot of trouble lately so I downloaded the latest MTSA file and updated my config.xml to match those posted. Now it is hanging up on a trailer and therefore not updating the moviedata.xml. The trailer it is hanging up on is "Next Day Air." I can see it in my temp folder as a .tmp but thats it and I've tried it twice(file size at 31.8 KiB) no change in 45 min. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated it.

Broken
I'm not getting Trailer downloads anymore using the latest downloadable version of MTSA. It's creating a bunch of tmp files such as, "Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who!-imdb1.tmp" while downloading, but they quickly disappear and no files appear in the Trailers folder.

Mine's still working just fine. Running version 4.7.2.32119. Downloaded Inglourious Basterds, Post Grad, and Shorts just this morning.
Any indications in the log file?
