Placeshifter on Linksys WIP330

I have a voip phone with windows CE. It is a Linksys WIP330(http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/WIP330). Is there any way to make placeshifter work on it? My internet download speed is 1250 kbits/sec on the phone.
