Favorites Not Recording

I am having the same problem. Upgraded from 6.0.13 to 6.0.19. Favorites don't show up in the schedule and do not record. There are shows in Additional Airings and they have a white box around them. I tried remove and re-create the show as Favorite. Same problem.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Andy,

I have the log files. I submitted a support request but there was no place to attach the log. Your note says to send it to an email address. Should I do this even though it is not a beta? Thanks.

Yes, that's the address of who will be reviewing the log.

ugh

Well, when I got home CPU was pegged at 100% for who knows how long. I rebooted and everything came back fine. I figured I would upgrade to .19 so I did that yesterday (Saturday). Checked on Sage and CPU was again at 100% (sageTVservice.exe). Rebooted and now at 100% percent for over an hour and no sign of anything scheduled to record. the saga continues!!!

update.

Well, here's my update.

I enabled debugging and found out that Sage decided to have a problem parsing my music collection. Why this happened all of a sudden is beyond me as it had been having no trouble indexing them for months. I will have to file a bug report on that. in the mean time, I removed my music and picture directories and sage (favorite scheduling anyway) is back to normal.
