OnAir GT issues

I am trying to get the OnAir GT to work with Sage. I have read other threads here and most of them seem to be unresolved. I am using an AMD 3800 X2 with windows XP. I finally got Sage to recognize my analog channels, but when I try to add a digital source using a digital tuner, it just sits there trying to refresh the channel, but it never does. The red light stays on on the the OnAir GT which normally signigies no activity. The OnAir GT works fine with the stock software and picks up both analog and digital, including QAM.

Maybe I should have posted this in the software area. Could an admin move it please.

Okay, when you try to tune the digital channels with the SAGE tv, how long should it take to get past the loading preview window?

I thought that these forums were run by the Sage TV people. Is this not correct? If that is the case, maybe they need to hire some more tech support. A week without a response is pathetic. Would anyone else care to chime in?

This forum is not a tech support forum. The forum rules state that this is a user to user forum, my sig lines states this is a user's forum, and the main forum index page includes a link to "Request Official SageTV Technical Support", noting below it:
