Change photo date via API?

It is not obvious to me how to do this. I see that the date is retrieved via GetFileStartTime() but there seems to be no Set() methods of any kind. Do you have to do this somehow with an "Airing"?

Start time = revision date - duration. So if you want to change the start time as known to Sage, you need to alter the file's revision date in the file system, e.g. via java.io.File.setLastModified().
