I wouldn't expect to see Hulu access in SageTV unless Hulu manages to overcome the licensing issue.
What makes something a TV? My projector does not have a tuner at all... I would think that would make it a monitor, not a TV.... Of course that would still allow Sage to implement on the PC clients...

We watch Hulu with computers that are connected to TV's. Therefore we are watching Hulu on our TV's. Do the genius Hulu execs not know how easy it is to connect a PC to a TV? Do they think there is any real difference between an LCD that calls itself a PC monitor and one that calls itself a TV?

The networks just don't want to see Hulu become a viable alternative to cable/satellite television, since they don't make the same profits on Hulu that they can off TV commercials. So, they really don't care if people hook up a computer to your TV, open Firefox, and use the TV like a monitor, since the viewing experience would be pretty unpleasant compared to a TV and/or DVR. But, they really don't want a nice 10 ft. interface, or anything approaching a commercial, easy-to-use product that interfaces with Hulu. While strictly speaking there isn't a big technological difference between streaming to a TV versus a computer monitor, the commercial implications are fairly significant.
