I am able to access the shares. I can play 1GB animation files and access the .m2ts files but it craws to where it just goes about a frame every few seconds. I have access to those files.

If you're not willing to try the suggestions then you will need to open a ticket with support and work through them. As from the other threads you have asked these same questions there is quite a multitude of people playing their HD files (including blue-ray rips) from their WHS. Every one of my PC clients have the same ID that is also present on the WHS and the permissions to access the files. Sage is not WIndows Media Center and doesn't stream file like Windows Media Connect would do. Windows Mdeia connect doesn't require a user ID or even permissions to the share. All you need to do is go thru the WHS console and create an ID the same as the one on your PC Client. Now give that ID all the permission to the share thru the WHS console. Reboot the machines and try it. (You also want the PC client in the same Workgroup as the WHS is in.)

Tried it and it's still not working. It streams at a crawl. There has got to be something else I'm missing here. I'm doing everything that everyone else is doing.
