Streamed can mean different things:
1) server splits the A/V and push them as discrete streams (this is how MC extenders work, and probably a big reason why native VIDEO_TS doesn't) 2) server brokers the file path resolution and lets the device "streams" the file through the server; the file is split/nav'd on the device I suppose we could just ask Jeff how it works, and if there's potential for hooking into the process.
