Brian,

It appears that is correct I know they will add a point requirment more than likely when they add posters in their interface but for bow it looks as though you will be good to go with enough points for 720p backdrops.

The view points don't relate to the sagetv addin as that is my coding and I am not charging for it. The other points follow their rules as they stated.

PLUCKYHD,

Would your My Movies for Sagetv customizations, allow me to choose which ratings to show and what not to show?

I have a HD100, which is primarily just for the children. I only want them to access or see the children shows.

I also have some adult video (NC-17 through XXX) which I don't want everyone to see (guests coming over). Do you have something in place to enable or disable this content?

I can't wait for you plugin!!!

Yes and no. I don't think there is a way to lock out based on ratings.

However, there is an ability to create a custom sorted view based on what is defined in a properties file for that view. For Example "Children's Movies" view will only show children's movies. There are a few details on this in the wiki.

You could then disable all of the other default views so that only the custom ones are shown.

That should work for question number 1 since I don't know that you want all movies it to be easily toggled back on with the kids.

For number 2, that's a little more interesting since you would want it defaulted to a custom sort and return to that sort when done. I don't think there is a way to do this in the plugin now.

You could use the folder option and give certain extenders/clients access to that folder. That way you can allow what you want to. Everybody will get to see how this stuff works once smm is released.

There is a feature in mymovies to hide adult rated and checked movies unless a password is entered. I have this coded in the backend (java) but not in the front in yet (sagetv studio) so although it won't be in the first build it will be in there eventually.

I have a couple of things to iron out and being on vacation this week I didn't get any work time, but as long as everything goes smoothly and I plan on it. Then yes still on track.

Well just wanted to say thanks for being so patient I had no idea when I first started this project it would take almost 9 months of coding to get to a first release. So thanks for the patience.
