Not really.. Pretty much any major branded tuner has got full 64-bit support at this point. In fact, most any hardware these days has full 64-bit support, as it is now a requirement for WHQL certification. The only major cards i can think of are the older Hauppague cards (150/250/500, etc) that are actually limited by RAM, not 64-bit. they don't function properly with 4GB installed, but can function fine on a 64-bit OS with <4GB RAM.
