Well, two weeks of great no fail recordings, so I though I needed to change something

I switched the HDPVR's back to Optical Audio and have been no fail for over 48 hours, except my newest HDPVR has an Audio sync issue. The other two older HD-PVR's work great, but the newer one, has about a 4 second delay in the Audio, it works good off the start but starts to drift fairly quickly.

regarding the "properties file" rebuild - how exactly do you do that, and what happens to all your present recording, directories etc - I take it you lose all that?

The way I did ended up causing a little bit of headache, but in the end was worth it. I would remove all plugins before doing it, I had some references to plugins that weren't completely installed after the refresh. Basically I just copied properties file into a separate directory, deleted the one in the Sage directory (including the backup) and went into Sage. It will generate a new properties file by going through the first time setup. Once it is created again you can go back and cut and paste your recording directories into the new properties file from your old one. All of your favorites, watched status is in the wiz.bin, I just left that in the directory.

I downgraded my drivers this morning by just reinstalling the 1.5.3 version on top of the 1.5.7 (guesses on versions you get the drift). Was having audio/video sync issues trying to troubleshoot.
Hi there - can you tell me the steps to monitor USB traffic using Windows 7, if you know?
thanks
