Props to Hauppauge!
Just wanted to put in a good word for Hauppauge customer support.
When my HD-PVR suddenly gave up on me, I thought no problem, Hauppauge will RMA it. Upon looking at the purchase date I discovered I was about 4 months outside the two year warranty window but I thought I'd try anyway. Much to my delight I received an immediate positive reply to my request for an RMA. Elapsed time between dropping my defective unit in the mail and receiving a replacement was about seven days! Thanks for standing behind your products Hauppauge!
