EPG no data
Hi all,
I just remembered I wanted to set a favorite for the new "24" starting this Monday. I went onto Sage into the Program Guide and went to Monday 5/5 and most of my channels listed "No data" for all the programs. I see that it's like this for next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This Sunday is fine, and next Thursday (and subsequent days after) have all the EPG data. I went to the web interface and forced an EPG update. That didn't do anything. I also tried restarting the SageTV service. No luck. I even went as far as a reboot, and that didn't help. Am I the only one seeing this? If so, is there anything else I can do to try to get the EPG data for those days? I've got other shows that usually record on those days that I'd hate to miss because of this. I think I've seen there's an alternative EPG configuration I can set up instead of Zap2It. Does anyone have a link to instructions on how to set that up in case I need to do something drastic to get my channel info back? Thanks -Gary |

Aww man, I can't believe I didn't check the FAQ. I did some searching of the forums but the FAQ never appeared (or I glossed over it). I just followed the recommendations and sure enough that fixed the EPG.
Thanks for the pointer and my apologies for not doing better searching. On the bright side, now I won't miss the return of Jack Bauer! ![]() -Gary |
