cannot create new lineup

I get channel updates in my current lineups. However, when I try to add a new source and give it my zip code sage responds cannot contact sage server..

I have checked everything I can think of including turning off the firewall and trying other zip codes. is the server down or is the problem here and what steps can I take to troubleshoot this

I am having the same issue. I kept trying and eventually it went through after 10 or so tries. Now i am hanging at downloading the lineup.

Trying to add a new lineup and I am getting the same issue , is the EPG server down or having problems at the moment ?

Same here. Adding new zip code comes back with blank list of guide sources

That could quite serious if that server was to disappear we would not be able to create a line up with EPG data ?

I gave up and stayed on XP on my last attempt but will retry to move to Win7 soon and will post an update then

Since my issue was related to changing locations, i thought maybe something got corrupted when the last shutdown of the server occurred. I did a fresh install to a new path, and things worked instantly. Didn't take that long to create the new config from scratch
