VS2015 build environment

Since it appears the root cause isn't directly related to the vs2015 tools, it might be helpful to continue the discussion about failed audio playback on the above thread rather than here.

I have created a pull requests on GitHub to remove the requirement to install Windows SDK 6.1 for the VS2015 build environment. This reduces requirements to the JAVA SDK and the last DirectX SDK supporting D3X.

If I have time I want to create 64bit executables compiled against the 64bit JDK.

I was playing around today trying to build this myself. I'm trying to build the MiniClientLauncher and it is failing with the error:

Severity	Code	Description	Project	File	Line	Suppression State
Error	RC1015	cannot open include file 'resource.h'.	MiniClientLauncher	D:\git\sagetv\native\exe\MiniClientLauncher\MiniClientLauncher.rc	3

I believe what I'm after is probably buried in the Java code but my intent is to figure out how to fix the issue of getting a black window after the computer has been unlocked or remoted into.

This specific include issue is fixed in the PR i will create today while i am building a new set of installs
