Post the log from when you do the reindex, that'll tell a lot more. I can see it doesn't even detect the audio/video streams in the files either...so it's totally failing on the native format detection, but the higher level detection in Java is seeing that it's at least a Matroska file. There may be issues executing FFMPEG, that's my first guess.

Good guess, thanks Jeff. Fixed some issues (new system) with ffmpeg calls and re-scanned, which appears to have fixed the issues. Appreciate the help.
