I read the entire thread. As usual you miss the point entirely. The point is you jumped to conclusions and made accusations instead of trying to find out the specifics before assigning blame and making claims.

BTW I was the one in that thread who first brought up GBPVR was a work around and not a solution.

Anyway it seems this matter is finally settled and it only took 2 representatives from Sage to verify before you accepted it.

This sounds like the data I have to enter into every bug/technical assistance report I have to file. If it is being gathered, can we get it gathered when I submit a bug and not have to put it all in manually

That is the biggest hurdle I have to providing feedback. Filling out the same hardware, software, lineup questions everytime.

It doesn't sound like it is tied to a user, but an aggregate of the data.
