i have never run adb but i can usually follow instructions.

edit: just checking, but crashlytics takes effect after restarting SageTV client? (or after rebooting shield pro?)

also, can you tell me where in android the log file would exist? if i can find it, i'll post it to you.

i've researched adb and should be able to set that up if you can tell me what commands to run to get the information you're looking for.

I think I might have a fix. I think I had another error in the media session logic code. I do not use IJKPlayer, so it passed my casual testing. Would someone mind sideloading and testing this beta and let me know how it looks. This will install along side of the production application and has "(Debug)" in the name so that you can tell the difference.

you nailed it dude! i sideloaded the apk and it now starts up recorded shows and live tv very quickly.
