Sweet! That works good. Thanks mlbdude. I guess installing the second tuner automatically enabled that on the server.

FWIW, I am not backing up any Sage recorded content. I figure if I lose it I lose it. I do backup my ripped music (it would take months to rerip) but it's only about 60GB.
I'm not putting any on there, and I don't back them up either. I used to archive stuff I like, but I never watch anything I archive so I gave up on that. If I like it enough to archive it, chances are I have, or will get the DVD.

bump on this thread, becase I am working on an almost identical setup. I want 4 directv/dish network tuner boxes connected to my server. My problem is configuring the IR emitters. I don't mind buying hte USB-UIRT, especially since it would be easiest with the built in supprt and all. But how do I set up the zones? will the USB-UIRT control all 4 boxes? I thought it could only do 3.

You will also need an ACtisys IR Blaster for the 4th box.

I heard some where that the Dsh Boxes supported two different IR code sets in whic case the USB UIRT would be enough. You basically have to split the two sets of BOXes in seperate IR Tents:

BOX 1 - IR CODE Set 1
BOX 2 - IR CODE Set 2 USB UIRT Zone 1
=============== IR blocker of some Sort ===========
BOX 3 - IR CODE Set 1
BOX 4 - IR CODE Set 2 USB UIRT ZOne 2

See this thread for setting up Zone support for USB UIRT
