That SF QAM list you posted... Are you using it without issue?
It doesn't seem to work for me (SF/Comcast as well).
For example, 86.12 should be AMC, but instead, I get some Spanish language broadcast.
All of my QAM listings seem to have gotten mixed up like this starting about 2 months ago, so if yours is working properly, that might help me trouble-shoot the issue.
