Anyone having problems with downloading XMLTV data?

Just recently, I can't download XMLTV data.

I get this:

"getting list of providers for postal/zip code XXXXXX, b
zap2it failed to give us a form to choose a Provider
check with zap2it site postal/zip code XXXXXX is valid"

Where "XXXXXX" is my postal code. But I've tried different ZIP and postal codes with the same results.

I've been using the same download routine for months without problem.

Anyone else having trouble? Sounds like I'm not connecting to the server properly.

That couldn't be worse. I wonder how long it'll be down?

You could install perl in windows and then run the natural grabber scripts.

But, as I said in another post, I think the data is now somewhat incompatible with the xmltv plugin.

not exactly that easy...you need to compile the script which is a huge pain in windows...i tried for a bit but ultimately activestate perl just doesn't like it...missing too many perl modules that activestate doesn't provide or currently knows don't work

but... *drumroll please* ...someone else smater than i has compiled the windows version
