Controlling WAVE Volume from SageTV

My Hauppauge remote was controlling the system volume, while the actual volume from my tuner is controlled by the wave volume. I know it's probably not the cleanest fix, but I whipped up an application to run in the background and adjust the wave volume to match the system volume so that the volume control works in SageTV now. I thought I would post to see if anyone else would find this useful. I'd be happy to share the app if anyone wants it... or if anyone knows the right way I could have fixed this

Not sure if it would help, but you can just tryo to can this line in you Sage.properties file:

media_player_uses_system_volume=

to false... give it a shot and see if it solves this.

This really does enable controlling the volume of the PCM out, at least on my i875-based motherboard. It should be FAQd in the Hardware Support section.
