Launching Games from SageTV now works :)

I remember reading threads about issues with launching games from within SageTV. I myself have been trying relentlessly to get it work with my limited skill set. I tried with some crazy batch work, but that finally hit a dead end.

After scrolling line by line through the Sage.properties file. I came across a line
ui/clear_vram_on_sleep=false
and changed it to
ui/clear_vram_on_sleep=true

I changed something else, but I no idea what now.

For cayars-menu.xml I added lines

<actionMenuItem
title="Ballance" icon="STVs\m2h_icons\ballance.png">
<actionList>
<sageCommand command="Stop"/>
<extCommand
window="normal"
command="C:\Program Files\Frey Technologies\SageTV\STVs\m2h_cmd\ballance\shortcut.lnk"
arguments=""
waitforexit="1"
/>
</actionList>
</actionMenuItem>

Notice how I used a shorcut.lnk to link to the actual game executable, that allows me to set anything special about the game, and keep it's working directory.

So far I've tested this with TrackMania Sunrise Demo, and Ballance.
I am using VMR9, with 3D Accelleration, and transparent overlay menus.

I do release my ActionMenuItem doesn't actually put SageTV to sleep, but seems to work fine none the less.

And if this has been solved by someone else, my apolloges. Wasn't able to find an answer before, other than it wasn't possible with 3D Accelation turned on.
