Remove channel from TV guide

Hi,

I have some channels that were originally listed in my XMLTV listing, but which I since don't download anymore. However, they are still showing in the TV guide with "No data". Setting them active or not in channel setup has no effect at all (should it?). How can I delete them from the TV guide?
