Pushing the screen up a few pixels to avoid flashing dots at top of screen
Im wondering if there is a way to push the captured video up a few pixels, or crop it somehow so that the annoying extra info at the top of the screen disappears. those black and white flashing thing that contains all the metadata for the stream- its distracting without overscan

In SageTV, Setup/Detail Setup/Aspect Ratio Settings.
You can move and stretch video up/down.
