Hmm $40 mail in rebate. Looks like a combo of a Hauppauge and CC rebate on the details page with a $10-$30 rebate from Hauppauge and $20 CC rebate for select Hauppauge products
I wonder if Hauppauge is blowing out stock to bring out an updated model? More horsepower and digital output options please!

They did the same thing ($20 + $20 rebates) with the PVR-150 a few months back. It worked in getting me to pick up a second card. BTW the CC rebates arrived several weeks before the Hauppauge ... but finally got them both. They wouldn't accept a PO Box as a valid home address (small rural town, no home delivery), so I had to give them the work address.
